Laurisa Francis and Elisa Graham Earn MSc Degrees in International Relations from University of East London

Laurisa Francis, Communications and Implementation Officer within the Ministry of Legal Affairs, Labour and Public Safety and Public Relations Officer of the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission, Elisa Graham, graduated today from the University of East London with a Masters of Science Degree in International Relations.

They were the only two from the Caribbean who participated in the graduation ceremony on campus on the recognition of the University’s 126th Anniversary.

Both Graham and Francis also recieved scholarships from the Prime Minister’s Scholarship Committee and the UNICAF Programme.

  2. Congratulations ladies. Masters in International relationship is vitally important for an Intelligence and National Security Unit. Hopefully they get positions at the US embassy and friends of politicians who are there only because they are friends to which ever political party in power.
