A would-be robber will be sentenced in September after admitting guilt in the High Court this week.
Carson Matthew Jr. pleaded guilty to assault with intent to rob on Monday.
The defendant was armed with a knife when he attacked a man on High Street in February of 2019.
A social enquiry report into Matthew Jr.’s background will be conducted ahead of the sentencing.
