The Cabinet invited Mrs. Kimberly Percival, the first-place winner of an International Body Building Global Competition, held in Spain several weeks ago.
Her husband, Mr. Bernard Percival Jr. was invited to the Cabinet meeting also, to speak about his own expertise and his wife’s success.
The Minister of Sports noted that the clinching of the first-place win in the international competition has placed Antigua and Barbuda in a place of high repute and has made Kimberly Percival’s face recognizable in the important circles of fitness and health globally.
She has been interviewed by television and magazines with global audiences and is extremely articulate.
The Minister of Tourism agreed that Kimberly Percival would be an asset to the global promotion program of Antigua and Barbuda, and it was proposed that she be conferred the title of Ambassador-at-Large and provided with a diplomatic passport.
It was agreed.

It just shows how clownish these people are to hand out diplomatic passports for anything. Diplomatic passports carry weight in most countries, but not in Antigua.

Congrats to the young lady. Is so quick and easy government like to dish out diplomatic passports??? Heaven help us.
What about ROSIANNE WARRINGTON? She was the first to ever do so in Antigua and Barbuda. Not only that, but Rosianne’s Pro Card carries more weight than the one Kimberly got (no offense to Kimberly). Editor, Elite Pro broke away from the original IFBB and goes by a different name. The “pro card” that Mrs. Percival got does not enable its recipients to compete in Olympia – which is the Olympics of Bodybuilding. Rosianne’s PRO card from the real and original IFBB allows for entry into Olympia.
Nothing for Rosianne Warrington – the first ever to obtain a Pro Card and the REAL pro card???? I hope it is not a case of favouritism, nepotism or elitism due to a surname.
I am coming to buy a Diplomatic Passport. If known Gangsters could travel on Antigua and Barbuda Diplomatic Passports. I as a National should be okay with my purchase.
Sorry but this is just how cartoon countries are run.
Wonder if I can get one of those passport like how I love rice?
