Kia Kirwan has expressed heartfelt thanks to her family, supporters and team following her recent appearance at the Miss OECS Pageant in Dominica.
In a social media post, Kirwan said messages of encouragement, media tags and public support carried more weight than many may realize. She noted that she took time to read every comment shared with her, including supportive messages, constructive criticism and differing opinions.
Kirwan said she values open dialogue and engagement, adding that she does not shy away from correction or challenge. She described the support she received as fuel for her continued growth and commitment to becoming the best version of herself.
She also paid tribute to her team, saying that words alone could not fully capture her appreciation, and reaffirmed her belief in continuous evolution and resilience.
Kirwan is the reigning Queen of Carnival 2025 and represented Antigua and Barbuda at the regional competition over the weekend.
