No tears left! Sorry! I hope, though, that there’s a satisfactory explanation for this “child’s missing in action.

So, if she was ‘near her home’, why weren’t both her parents and the police department notified. Bring in child welfare if there were concerns surrounding her family situation.
The deep silence and harbouring of a child, even if for the right reasons can cause public unrest.
Let us find better ways to deal with situations like this.

We need to send social workers to these HOMES THAT THESE CHILD, CHILDREN RUNNING AWAY FROM.SOME TIMES ITS BC OF ABUSE, SEXUAL MOLESTATION. BY DADDY.UNCLE,COUSIN. ANTIE. MOMMY BOYFRIEND. OR SOME CLOSE FRIENDS.check these HOMES out BEFORE BRINGING BACK THESE CHILDREN.BC SOME OF THEM ARE A SHAME TO TALK.

There is a big difference between someone “hiding away” and someone who is “missing.” The difference lies in the intent and agency. Someone hiding away does so voluntarily while someone missing is absent against their will or without explanation. We await clarity in order to make sense of this.

It is full time that these teenage girls be penalize for their actions.

They need to be given some form of community service to do.

These actions of leaving home for several days makes the nation uneasy, unnecessarily.

I agree with Jak. We need to fully investigate the homes where these troubled teens are running away from. We also need psychologists to counsel the teens and the parents in these circumstances.

I do hope those that harbored her are arrested.Too many young girls go missing. Then when found it all ends there. Not one word in regards to the persons they were with.

Missing? E clear to see that she went to be serviced. She went to the garage to get some tuning. If I was her parents she wouldn’t have been able to enter my house. Go back where you come out. Bringing embarrassment to your mother and family man.

The authorities should arrest whoever she went by, because I’m sure they saw and heard the hue and cry about her missing.
I hope she realizes the trauma and stress she put her parents and Antigua through, especially with all that has been going on.

Audley Phillip – I always like reading your balance comments. However, I think you have this one wrong. She was a missing person by law and the case be treated this way. She is a child and be it at her own will or forced it’s illegal to have her in your house. So can a 15 year old legally hide away in the house with adults, near her home for over a week. Didn’t she eat , drink, use the toilet and shower. Someone else was involved.
The police is doing their investigation and some adult male is going to get arrested. Yes social services needs to be brought on board and dealt with her mentally and medically. Law enforcement should enforce the laws of the lands when it comes to a minor.

People are just damn disgusting. Some of you are cussing the child, saying she is out there taking man, but! You all are not asking why so much children in this country keep running away from home. There is a lot of sexual molestation, physical, mental, psychological, spiritual and emotional abuse taking place in some homes in this country. Social services need to do their work properly. When children run away from home, the home need to be investigated without no fear nor favor. We are loosing the youth of this country because nasty, heartless, wicked molesters and abusers keep wreaking havoc on our youths.
