Judge Rejects ‘No Case’ Submission in Ray John and Shakema Charles Trial

2. The Caribbean Region, all quarters, east, north, west, South and points in between MUST strengthen their local and whatever, Regional(OECS, CARICOM) law agencies, to be able to share information instantaneously, and work together , collaborate across “jurisdictions,” to have better evidence(s) from witness testimony to forensic analysis introduced into the prosecution of criminals, especially those who’re considered WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS.

   This will allow for speedier trials and convictions(guilt or innocence).
   It will also help with bypassing corruption in any law enforcement agencies, since, the allegiances will not be as strong, or non altogether.

   These are issues which the OECS, CARICOM and all these other REGIONAL BODIES should be bringing before the People.
   CARICOM is 50yrs OECS is 43yrs, and while, other International Law Agencies are older some by a decade or two and some much older, there should be no reason why there isn’t better data sharing from immigration to fingerprints to DNA with easy access!
   At least every passport holder’s fingerprints should be on file, so too is Drivers License and any other form(s) of Government issued Identification Cards.

   A very interesting case to watch. Our Judiciary can begin to have some high profile cases televised, like they do in the USA Congress, and other Courtrooms as well.
   It’s educational for the public.

He was the all mighty killing out Antigua young men when they steal people things which they should not have done, but ray John was judge jurry and executioner and all the time it is aledged that he was the biggest drug dealer in Antigua and see what badness he is mixed up in now. 7. This is great news for our justice system. Don’t understand why a case this big wasn’t a jury trial, but it’s a bit of a step forward. Karma is for real. When cops are corrupt, they should face the same justice as all.

8. Ray John must pay for his sins a every dog has their day so his day is coming in that next court date
