Joint murder charge for the three accused of latest killing

Murder suspect Earlsfield James is now jointly charged with Raeleen Whynn and Clarence Ira “Wadada” Thomas for the killing of Kemmoy Jeffers.

Prosecutors today withdrew a previous charge, which had only named Whynn and Thomas as defendants in the case.

James, who had been on the run from police when the first charge was drawn up, has been added to a new charge of murder alongside his alleged accomplices.

The three co-accused made an appearance in the Magistrates Court today and are remanded to prison awaiting committal proceedings set for June 28.
