Jamaican Fugitives Evade Authorities for a Week

Two Jamaican women, Donnalee Samantha Salmon and Tiffanie Stephanie Howell, have managed to elude immigration and police officers for nearly a week.

Authorities issued an appeal for public assistance to locate them after they escaped from the Detention Center on January 20, 2024, by breaking the bathroom window.

Salmon, 23, has a dark complexion, is 5 ft. 6 inches tall, and weighs 125 lbs.

Howell, 30, with a fair complexion, stands 5 ft. 6 inches tall, weighs 135 lbs. Both were in Antigua sponsored by a Trinidad and Tobago national.

Authorities warn against aiding them and urge anyone with information to contact the Immigration Enforcement Unit at 764-3240 or 562-5394, or report to the nearest Police Station.

  1. Obviously being harbored and sheltered by unknown folks. I hope the police deals with those who are offering them shelter and the opportunity to evade capture by the immigration and police.

    Remember, she’s still working hard on the missing Africans, Haitians and the Indians as well.
