Miss Cedar Valley Golf Club, Ischikelle Corbin is the 2023 Queen of Carnival.
She was crowned after competing against six other contestants at Carnival City Sunday night. She will represent Antigua and Barbuda in the upcoming Jaycees Queen Show.
First Runner-up, Miss Cool and Smooth Jahkaydah Issac, and second runner-up, Miss Neverland J’Dinique Prince, completed the top three.
