Instagram has gone down worldwide just one week after the app, along with Facebook and WhatsApp were hit with outages.
The social media app crashed around 3 pm ET, with many users reporting issues with their News Feed and problems with logging into accounts.
The outage appears to be hitting major cities in the US including New York, Seattle and San Francisco.
