The Starter Home enithiative was introduced to this Administration a few years ago I am surprised that I did not get the opportunity to develop this program The overall cost for a two bedroom was less than seventy five thousand and a three bedroom was about ninety thousand dollars made from green hart wood the Central Housing Authority have these documents in there possession including Hon Prime Minister Sir’s Robin Yearwood Malwyn Joseph, Max Fernandez, and Maria Brown Minister of Housing Do you know what I am thinking when I see these things happening when you are left out time will tell Barbados and St Vincent sign on to the program One thousand and Three hundred respectively made in Guyana and then ship to the country requested

  2. me vote two times for she and apply for a house lot years now and can’t get an inch much less a piece of grass , me nah vote fo she again , my family is 33 persons in total, all arwe make up awe mind for next election , they have friend and company to give to. so next time you done , I made time to see you but you always in a meeting and too big to see poor ppl. me foolie bad.

    The housing staff tiaaaadddd tell ppl SHES NEVER IN OFFICE SHE DNT KNOW HOW NOTHING IS DONE .

    Most of the homes foreigners own them bcos Antiguans dnt want to own nothing but weaves cars fete tickets..

    The average 32 – 34 yr old still feel overwhelming comfortable living in mommy house with 3 to 4 kids.

    Some of roads leading to these home have bad drainage issues house isn’t properly finished house proximity to close to others and the list goes on

  4. I wonder why the government is in the housing business and people are not paid enough to finance their own homes. My father , like a lot of fathers then, worked hard to acquire a home with six children and didn’t rely on the government. But then I realize that housing is now where government moneys disappear.
    From what me see, housing is just another way of getting votes. Do you notice that they rushed to finish some in Bolans during the last by-election and now they are talking about building in All Saints, hoping to complete them before the next election
