The Antigua and Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association (ABHTA) will host its annual Hospitality Job Fair later this month, offering a wide range of employment opportunities in the country’s largest industry.
The fair will take place on Friday 26 September at the Multipurpose Cultural and Exhibition Centre in Perry Bay, running from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Job seekers are expected to meet recruiters representing hotels, resorts, restaurants, airlines, excursion operators, and catering companies.
Organisers say positions will be available across multiple areas, including administration, IT, marketing, tour guiding, food and beverage, culinary arts, front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with the University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus to learn about academic pathways that support careers in tourism and hospitality.
Candidates are advised to register in advance to secure interview slots, as the fair operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are encouraged to bring several copies of their résumés along with valid identification.
