The Honorary Consulate of Antigua and Barbuda in Moscow, Russian Federation, recently hosted its annual anniversary reception.
The annual reception is held to promote Antigua and Barbuda as a business and tourism destination, with guests being treated to local music, rum punch and food such as pepper pot and ducana.
This year, more than 100 guests attended, including members of business community, ambassadors of other countries and citizens of Antigua and Barbuda living in Moscow.
Honorary Consul of Antigua and Barbuda, Julien Hansen, said of the event: “Our events have become very popular within the local business and diplomatic community. They are a lot of fun and allow us to generate much interest in what Antigua and Barbuda has to offer as a business and tourism destination.”
