All these guys do is just trips all over.
Mr. PM I know you have great plans for Dwayne, but you have to do an honest assessment of his performance so far. Yes you send him to these conferences to get the experience to move in international forums. But I still think he needs to be nurtured properly. He needs a coats and a mentor. And he needs to continue his education. I would think the mentor and coats would be Lennox Weston. Take it as home schooling. And investment I believe the Labour Party would need in the area of finance after you have left the scene. It’s called succession planning. Lennox was not a good politician. He didn’t want to do the hard work. But when it comes to economics and finance and thinking outside the box like you. Negotiating with IMF and others, there is no better one after you then Lennox. Dwayne is far away from that. The IMF will eat him for lunch. I listen do his debating skills in parliament, and even their he is mediocre. There too he need to be polished up. You need to look with critical eyes to these young ones you bring in. They need to be molded.
