Hon. Anthony Smith Gives Back to the Community at Faith View Elderly Home Care

All Saints West, 09/07/2024 – In a heartwarming display of community spirit, the Hon. Anthony Smith, Member of Parliament for All Saints West, dedicated his time today to give back to the elderly residents of Faith View Elderly Home Care.

Understanding that compassion for our elders is vital to a thriving community, MP Smith organized and participated in a donation drive aimed at enhancing the quality of life for seniors in the facility.

During the visit, he presented a generous donation of essential items, including:

  • Adult pampers
  • Under pads
  • Wipes
  • Blood glucose meters
  • Gloves
  • Adult washcloths
  • Safety needles Neplocs
  • A&D ointment
  • Fish oil vitamins
  • Shampoo
  • Body shampoo
  • Bandages
  • Vitamin supplements
  • Sanitary napkins

“I believe that giving back to our community is not just a duty, but a privilege,” said Hon. Smith. “Today, we did this for the love of our people and to ensure that the elderly residents of Faith View feel valued and cared for.”

This initiative is part of a larger commitment by MP Smith to strengthen community relations and support vulnerable populations in All Saints West.

As the community continues to work together, it is efforts like these that remind us of the importance of taking care of one another, no matter the circumstances.

  8. Oh grow up @ Dexter Pelle, when Anthony Smith was under the UPP banner, I supported him like all the other party members.

    Tell me Dex, why would I support someone who has deserted his party and constituents, and also, according to the Most Honourable Harold Lovell, Smith accepted financial inducements to switch parties.

    That’s not “hatred” you damn ignoramus.

    So, tell me for example, if ABLP’S Daryl Matthew’s did a similar thing as Anthony Smith and switched to the UPP, you would still support Daryl Matthew’s?

    AND YOU EXPECT ME TO BE HAPPY WITH SMITH’S DESERTION?

    I’m surprised at your response. So, is it the party you’re supporting only, not the efforts of the individual. It’s ironic that you would use the Hon. Darryl Matthew’s name as an example. He has also defected from the UPP. Didn’t you remember that? People don’t usually defectb to the losing side. Sean Bird, for example only defected because of entitlement issues.
    The Hon. Anthony Smith has done a good deed by remembering the elderly. Say something about that, sir.

    To tell you the truth, I did forget about Daryl Matthew’s previous connection with the UPP. My bad, I give you that one 👍🏾

    However, this doesn’t negate or distract from what Prime Minister Browne is trying to do in creating a one-party state and trying to destabilise the country’s MAIN opposition. Fact!
