This is really sad… we barely have a place for people to walk so I believe bikers should stop riding on the roads … Say what you want it’s my opinion..
I think these bike should get electronic super bright strobe lights for their bikes and reflectors, these strobe should be able to emit super bright flashes in daytime riding to notify speeding vehicles, because people tend to think that because their eyes can see that the equipment they are engaged with has that sort of visibility, and especially at high speed certain colors and paints are not visible, sometimes car drivers drive at dusk when it’s darkening or early morning without lights, as though if you show your prowess at seeing more than the other driver it makes you a greater driver, that’s foolish because in real life it’s the magnitude of velocity of speed that these paint colors are moving which blend in and desensitize the brain as a camouflage. So bikers invest in super bright strobe lights. And proximity sensors that alarm upon car making close approach.
Roads are very small and narrow here! Hardly any space for cyclelist and vehicles to maneuver at the same time. However this does not make it right for drivers to operate, “callously,” in such an insensitive, wicked and heartless manner without giving consideration to life, pedestrians and cyclelists.
@Sad lost … If cyclists “should stop riding on the roads”, where should they ride then? Your opinion makes no sense.
