High Court to Decide Leadership Dispute Within United Taxi Company

A high court judge will hear a case on October 9th involving a dispute within the United Taxi Company (UTC).

The company has faced internal conflict for months, exacerbated by an election where 49 out of 91 members voted for a new executive team.

Due to a breakdown of trust, both Henley Daniel and Ian Joseph claim to be the legitimate president.

Last year, a majority of members petitioned to remove the previous executive, blaming them for division and a hostile environment.

Attorney Wendel Alexander, representing the new executive, is seeking a judgment as no defense was filed.
