  1. I don’t if it’s because of the weather but the last time I did a top up I received a text indicating that the credit would expire on Sept 19. I received a zero balance a little after 12 midnight last night so I went to the SP to inquire about this anomaly. I was told that my expiry date was today the 16th. I then asked for the date of the last top up and was told that the system only shows two months of previous activity. What a surprise. I was then offered 50% of my lost credit. After I said that I’ll get a plaque card and protest outside the building.
    Guess what? I accepted it. It’s better to have half than none at all. That SP is Flow. Will there ever be justice for a small man.
