Swane Gore of Green Bay has been remanded to prison on charges of Unlawful Possession of a .38 Firearm, Possession of Ammunition, and Shooting With Intent to Murder.

The incident occurred on September 14 in Perry Bay, where Gore allegedly fired two shots at a man. No one was injured.
His attorney, Wayne Benjamin Marsh, plans to seek bail in the high court and reminded the court of the police’s disclosure duty.
