Garth Wilkin (St. Kitts and Nevis), for a high-level conversation on “Integrity and Stability in Regional Investment Migration.”
As leaders of Caribbean nations with established Citizenship by Investment Programmes (CBIs), we engaged in a forward-thinking discussion on how to safeguard the credibility of our programmes through:

I think we need independent bodies watching these things, not just the same people in charge.
My good friend Dickon had to sit with all Labour Party Prime Ministers in that CBI meeting. My friend it’s best you abolish it in Grenada. You inherited a lot of wrongdoing in the program and trying to bring your idea to those crooks there sitting with you will only compromise you. Keep far Mitchell especially from Skerritt and Brown. Pierre and Drew just come too but it’s said they already fattening their pockets.
