Government, Saudi Fund Hold Talks on UWI Five Islands Expansion
The Government of Antigua and Barbuda is currently meeting with representatives from the Saudi Fund for Development to discuss ongoing and future developments at The University of the West Indies (UWI) Five Islands Campus.
According to MP Daryll Matthew, the talks focus on updates to the university’s buildout — a key component of the government’s plan to transform the campus into a leading educational hub for the Eastern Caribbean.
The meeting underscores the continued collaboration between Antigua and Barbuda and Saudi Arabia, aimed at advancing infrastructure and higher education opportunities across the region.
