A Go Fund Me account has been launched to assist with the funeral arrangements for Piccadilly resident, Jane Finch who was killed in her home on October 4th.
The 66-year-old woman was found dead with what appeared to be an injury to the head.
The organizers of the appeal have raised a little over $25,000 since the page was established four days ago.
They say the funds collected will assist her son, Jareese Finch with travel and funeral arrangements and many other expenses to settle her affairs in Antigua & Barbuda.
Some funds will be used to create a memorial for Jane in Antigua.
Jane Finch is being remembered as a fun-loving person who had a big heart.
Last week, 21-year-old Brittany Jno-Baptiste was charged for unlawfully entering Finch’s home with the intent to commit a felony.
Investigations surrounding the woman’s death is still under investigation and no charges have yet been made. (NewsCo Observer)

How is it that Brittany has not been charged with Jane’s murder yet? We know she broke down the gallery fence and was breaking the windows to gain entry. Jane said she looked deranged.
HOW IS NOBODY BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR JANE’S DEATH YET?
Jane and those she left behind deserve justice for this unspeakably tragic act of violence.

The story must be incorrect. Someone did break into the home of the lady. She was subsequently found dead inside of her home,by the Police. The story did say the perpetrator was found inside of the house of the decedent. How she was not charge with MURDER remains a mystery to me. Why is she only charged with “Unlawful Entry” with intent to commit a felony. How do you Police know the intent? Are you Police,now becoming mind readers? If the shoes were on the feet of that lady Finch. I guarantee you,she would be charged with MURDER. Justice is supposed to be blind.
My guess is because the deceased indicated that the intruder is “DERANGED” aka mentally ill. But we shall see what unfolds….
