
Glasford Francis, the primary founder of Kennedy’s Club Ltd., has died. His passing was announced by the company on Tuesday.
Francis died on Jan. 20, 2026. He was described as the patriarch of the Kennedy’s Club family, whose vision, generosity and strong commitment to family laid the foundation for both the business and the lives it supported.
Founded in 1962, Kennedy’s Club grew under Francis’ leadership into a longstanding and respected enterprise, becoming a familiar name in the local business community.
The company said Francis’ legacy will continue through the values he instilled and the institution he built over more than six decades.

My condolences to the Francis family. My father Victor Browne was the attorney for the family from the mid 70s to 1991 on his passing. Wonderful family, great patriarch and matriarch.
