Prime Minister Gaston Browne was moments ago sworn in as Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda for the second time.
It followed his landslide victory in the in the March 21 general election in which he defeated the United Progressive Party 15 seats to 1. The BPM got one seat.
Browne took the oaths during a brief ceremony at Government House this afternoon.
Attorney General Steadroy “Cutie” Benjamin was also sworn in.
Benjamin told reporters he intends to get the ball rolling on all the plans outlined in the ABLP manifesto.
Prime Minister Gaston Browne says his Cabinet of ministers will be sworn in at 3 p.m today.
“The whole idea is to put them to work immediately,” Browne told reporters.
“My charge to them is just serve the people and give it their all,” he added.

What about the plans in the last manifesto that didn’t get fulfill?? Are they ever going to be implement?
