The Antigua and Barbuda Falcons vs Barbados Royals game is scheduled to go ahead at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, starting at 7 this evening.
Fans attending Antigua and Barbuda Falcons matches at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium are being urged to follow a new entry procedure designed to improve safety and reduce congestion.
The changes come into effect tonight for the Falcons’ match against the Barbados Royals, scheduled to start at 19:00.
Under the updated policy:
- South Stand patrons must enter via Gates 5 and 6.
- North Stand and general grounds spectators are asked to use Gate 16 at the northern end of the stadium.
- Stadium gates will open two hours before the match to allow for smoother crowd movement.
- All bags will undergo mandatory screening, and fans are advised to avoid bringing prohibited items.
- Once inside, fans will not be permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium.
- Large cooler boxes are no longer allowed.
A spokesperson for the Falcons said the measures are designed to “keep the experience fast, safe, and enjoyable” for supporters, adding: “We just want you to come out and watch your favourite team as we enjoy the matches at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.”
Officials are encouraging all fans to arrive early and follow the new guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe matchday experience.
