FULL JUDGEMENT: Discovery Case

I am no lawyer so I am calling on the lawyers to but this in simple layman terms. Tell me that what I read is simply saying that this case case is quashed against Gaston Browne.
From the onset I said that the information this lady was seeking was not related or relevant to the sale of the Alfa Nero Vessel.
That in trying to prove the Gaston Browne is a corrupt politician is completely irrelevant to her application.
I further suggest a citizen of Antigua or a political organization from Antigua could be successful in obtaining this type of information from a public figure and his associates.
The US government itself, the world’s police is the another to bring charges to foreign politicians, Governments and government officials for corruption in their own country. They charge foreign politicians, businessmen for corrupting the US banking system with corrupt activities.
In closing I thought that she was fishing with a net full of holes. So this is another victory for the Gaston Browne Administration.

The USA is no one’s police. They have always done what serves their purpose and is in their interest. An example of this is the murder of Colonel Gadaffi by Obama and Hilary Clinton.
The USA had always been the most corrupt and under Trump corruption has been taken to new heights. Big business own all their politicians. And is the USA really a democracy or had it ever been? The Republicans have been gerry mandering elections for decades and either taking away voting rights of poor people or people of colour.
The world has been brainwashed for too long. It is high time that the people of the world wake up.
