Four Antigua Resorts Nominated for USA TODAY’s Best All-Inclusive Caribbean Award

Four of Antigua’s leading resorts have been shortlisted for the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards 2025, highlighting the island’s continued prominence as a top Caribbean destination.

Royalton Antigua, Hermitage Bay, Galley Bay Resort and Spa, and Curtain Bluff have all been nominated in the category of Best All-Inclusive Caribbean Resort. The annual awards recognise excellence in hospitality, with winners chosen through public voting.

Tourism officials have welcomed the nominations, saying they reflect the island’s strong reputation for high-quality service and world-class accommodations. Members of the public are being encouraged to support the local contenders by voting online before the polls close on 29 December 2025.

The 10Best awards programme is run by USA TODAY and features rankings across multiple travel categories, from hotels and destinations to attractions and experiences.

  1. I find it really bitterly funny how hotels advertised public beaches as part of their property. That’s what I called false advertising

  2. Coming from an advertising and marketing background. MONEY talks. These conglomerates pay huge advertising to these publishers to get on the short list. Look closely at the owners and how many chains they own across the carribean. They are not necessarily named the same but the group owns many. Don’t let them fool you.

    Usually they ones that are up for awards are the ones that are the worst or struggling. This is because they want to gin up support for there failures to deliver quality service at these certain resorts.

    Pay the workers properly and you give them a reason to want to deliver for you. That goes for all sectors in Antigua. Government included.
