During the 60th-anniversary celebrations of Five Islands Primary School over the weekend, former Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer was celebrated for his dedicated service and contributions to the community. Spencer, who represented the St. John’s City West constituency where the school is situated, received an award in recognition of his impactful work.
