The High Court has scheduled a car dealership scam case to be heard in September.
The case revolves around allegations of fraud against Dylan Simon, a former employee of Hadeed Motors.
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has presented compelling evidence, including over 20 pieces, to strengthen their case against Simon.
The charges leveled against him are substantial, encompassing money laundering, forgery, falsification of accounts, larceny, uttering, and fraudulent conversation.
The accusations stem from an incident in December 2019, where it is claimed that Simon forged ownership documents and sold a vehicle to another individual.
The case’s seriousness is underscored by the gravity of the charges and the alleged actions. SOURCE: OBSERVER
