Former Cost Pro employee Edwin Ireland, convicted of 25 counts of forgery and uttering by a servant, will be sentenced on February 21 after a delay due to an unavailable pre-sentencing report.

During his trial, Customs officers denied the signatures on forged receipts, and evidence showed he bypassed procedures, sometimes inspecting containers without oversight.

Justice Ann Marie Smith presided over the case, with sentencing set for Friday.
