Former Cop Accuses Two Corporals of Harassment

A former police officer, Joshua Quinland, has accused two corporals within the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda of personally and physically violating his rights as well as the rights of his fiancé and her mother.

Quinland, who was dismissed from the RPFAB some years ago, stated that one of the alleged perpetrators came to his house and threatened to arrest his mother-in-law and fiancé.

“He proceed to come open the door with my fiancé dressing inside … naked as the day she born… he not moving, all when her mother telling him to leave; he said he gonna arrest the two of them.”

Quinland said that his fiancé had been harassed on another occasion when the police aggressively pulled over her car on her way to the airport, and claimed that the car matched a suspect’s vehicle that was under investigation.

Quinland disclosed that he believes the harassment started after he had given some advice to a female friend to report an instance of sexual harassment against a police officer who had been sending her nude pictures.

That advice was given in 2014 and the former police officer is convinced it is the reason why he was still being targeted by the police.

  1. INTERESTING! – INTIMIDATION – POLICE HARASSMENT?

    Do know that law enforcement personnel in the execution of duty, are not at liberty to enter private premises without;

    (i) …A Warrant duly issued by a Magistrate; and

    (ii) …Without permission and/or invitation of the owner/occupier.’

    If that which is published at this news portal is consistent with ‘…actuality and truth,’ it would be ‘…blatantly and procedurally wrong.’

    Professionally speaking, do know that ‘…monies are entrusted to a person to import a motor’ vehicle and ‘…neither vehicle is delivered nor monies are returned on demand’, that constitutes the criminal offence ‘…Fraudulent Conversion.’

    What else Rawlston Pompey knows?

    Just remember, when a ‘…perennial fraudster’ (an accused before Judge and Jury), is tried and convicted he is ordered incarcerated (imprisoned).

    Do know that when he is discharged from prison,’… he is kept under constant Police radar.’

    The reasons, ‘…To protect the innocent from deception and fraud.’

    Also know that when this had happened, some people have described it as ‘…Harassment.’

    Don’t know a ‘darn’ thing else.
