The Government of Antigua and Barbuda wishes to reassure all travellers from the United States that there is no ban on travel between our twoΒ countries. Nationals and legal residents of the United States continue to enjoy visa-free entry when traveling to and from Antigua and Barbuda.
We are aware of recent media reports speculating about potential travel bans. However, we emphasize that no such ban has been imposed, nor has the United States government indicated that such a measure is under consideration.
The Government of Antigua and Barbuda maintains open communication channels with U.S. authorities and confirms there have been no advisories or indications suggesting any changes to current travel arrangements.

This statement by Antigua was under the list of Countries with CIP and or small corrupt.
Antiguans and Babudans should not be misled or fool themselves with this misleading statement.
Antiguans and Barbudabs who are not US citizens or Green Card holders require a visa. You can not jump on plane as if you are going to Barbuda.
Until the final list of Countries under consideration to be banned is issued, it’s moment of cousion, awareness and high alert.
The statement is riddled with other misleading information.

It was said the list was drafted for consideration, most likely by Rubio, with Trump having the final say.
Anyway don’t forget Trump hold grudges. Years ago Lester bought him to antigua to purchase royalton-antigua and Trump offered them one dollar, because he said his name was worth more than the hotel.

Canada, China and Mexico not on this supposed ban list yet four tiny Caribbean Islands that pose absolutely no threat to the US are on this list. Antiguans, Dominicans, Kititians and St. Lucians all require visa to enter the US. It therefore stands to reason that for anyone intending to enter the US with a passport from anyone of these countries MUST apply for a visa which will either be granted or denied by the US government. Last time I checked the US has not outsourced the function of its immigration department to Antigua, Dominica, St. Kitts or St. Lucia, it is still the US who decides who crosses their borders. These islands have no army, airforce or navy, the guns on these islands are mostly smuggled in from America and continues fuel crime and violence. I think it is safe to say that it is America who is posing a threat to the security of these islands.
