New applicants are required to submit two passport-sized photographs, while those seeking renewal must present an expired food handler’s badge issued from 2018 onwards. A registration fee of $50 is also required.
The ministry has warned that participants who miss their scheduled training session and wish to reschedule will be charged an additional fee of $25.

Training sessions will be limited to 80 participants per sitting and will be held at the Multi-Purpose Centre in Perry Bay. The dates and times are as follows:
- March 5, 2026 – New applicants, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
