A residential fire in Villa has left Dominga Delen and her family devastated as their home was completely destroyed.
The incident occurred on Saturday around 5:52 pm at Gordon Street Villa.
Inspector Lester Bagot from the Fire Department’s Public Relations Office reported an immediate response by St John’s fire station using Number 10 and Number 15 fire tenders.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a fully engulfed wooden structure, which measured 21 feet × 38 feet.
Water from the fire tenders was utilized to control and extinguish the blaze.
The fire brigade is currently investigating the cause of the fire.
