A violent altercation between two brothers in Barbuda over fishing gear has left one unconscious and the other possibly facing legal trouble. The injured sibling was quickly transported by the Antigua and Barbuda Defense Force air ambulance to Sir Lester Bird Medical Center. Further updates will be provided as the story develops.
