REAL NEWS: A shocking incident unfolded in Bottom Village, All Saints, on the evening of May 3, where a father was allegedly attacked by his own children.
At around 8:20 p.m., a 44-year-old man returned home and confronted his 15-year-old daughter and son about household chores, specifically why they had not done the laundry.
The inquiry reportedly sparked an argument that escalated dramatically.
According to police reports, the altercation led to both children allegedly using a sharp object to inflict wounds on their father.
The father sustained injuries to his left leg and the left side of his head.

Following the incident, law enforcement officers were called to the scene, where they assessed the man’s injuries before he was rushed to Sir Lester Bird Medical Center for treatment.
Despite immediate efforts, police were unable to locate the children following the incident.
Investigations are ongoing as authorities attempt to piece together the circumstances that led to this violent confrontation.
The community has been left in shock by the events, with one mother commenting on the deeper societal issues reflected by such family violence.
She referenced biblical prophecy, suggesting that these events could be indicative of ‘terrible times’ forecast in 2 Timothy 3, where disobedience to parents and unholiness are mentioned as signs of societal decay.

In family dynamics, rarely do people argue or confront the the real argument. There will be underlying issues/perhaps abuse in the household if both children react like so. I did the same at that age. There was unspeakable abuse.
I bet the father deserved it if the children were to react like that… Them mussa get abuse all the time and da pickney dem mussa fed up!
