Families failing to send their children to church, priest says

CABINET NOTES: The prayers which signal the start of the Cabinet meetings, were conducted by a priest who is very familiar with several members of Cabinet. He chose to deliver a sermonette before offering prayers. All members were present.

There followed a discussion on the fights between and among secondary school students that are captured on video-cell phones, and then broadcast beyond the school compound.

The priest suggests a sufficient number of families are failing to send their children to church; hence, the notion of peaceful settlement of disputes and “to turn the other cheek” have not been taught to our youth.

Families are responsible for this failure, the priest asserted.

  1. I completely agree with this and it is one of the major problems of the deviant and criminal conduct in the youths.

  2. I agree that parents are not sending or bringing the children to church as was the practice in times gone by. This modern era comes with many challenges and distraction which children in particular finds more attractive than church. Phones, tablets, television, social media, sports, clubs, carnival and more is taking up the attention of the younger generation
    The pastor would also have to admit that the church has lost its sting and is simply not catering for the needs of the younger generation anymore. And I am not saying that you have to change or alter the word of God. No but you have to find new and innovative ways to make the message more palatable and attractive and get it across to everyone particularly young people. Sitting down in church and waiting for members to come in is counter productive. The scripture mandates us in Mark 16:15 to go out into the world and preach the gospel. Many churches and their leaders have failed miserably in this regard.

    • Well said also Mr. Phillip. I can completely agree to this. Innovation and creativity is something we need to encourage in all aspects of our life, including our churches.

    Once, the Church of England, the Vatican/the Flavians/Caesars, the fake Israelites/Jews who now control the money markets to some degree (BRICS is setting fire 🔥 to their tails at the World Bank), come to the PEOPLE OF ALKEBULAN/AFRICAN DECENT, and erase, eradicate the lie, that everything WHITE/PINK in Culture(norms to habits), even the TRANSLUCENT #I_AM, the ether, tgr Universal ESSENCE which surrounds and encompasses ALL is not theirs to manipulate and used to mold, indoctrinate into SLAVERY(physical, mental, spiritual), then RE-LEGION, the CHURCH and GOVERNMENT can keep having ORGIES with themselves.

    As, a footnote, The ALPHABET HUEMAN SOUP GANG, known as, the LQGBTATP is the oldest and most powerful religious organization which controls the doctrines and beliefs, of many of these churches.
