Leon Norville Releases Blazing New Music Video

Although the young media professional and artiste was recently unsuccessful at making the cut for the Party Monarch Semi- Finals he is unphased by it and plans to keep his head in the game.
Following the release of his song Jammin back in April, Norville is back with a new vibe and surprisingly bolder sound in his new release “Love How You Wine (Gimme Di Wuk)”.
The video was shot by Viva Caribbean Media Group and takes a cultural approach to Antigua and Barbuda’s soca music as never seen before. “I just had to do something cultural! The drummers, dancers, Madras outfits was all something I wanted to incorporate to remind us of how beautiful and culturally rich our island is.”
This is Norville’s second year pursuing the Soca dream and he has made remarkable strides within the industry.
He credits his growing success to God, his amazing team and younger sister former Miss Antigua and Barbuda’s Leanda Norville. “They are times where I would doubt myself and question what if I fail or what if the public doesn’t like this cause I am my biggest critic but my sister keeps me grounded and reminds me of our life motto- Success is determined by how determined you are to succeed.”
Norville holds a degree in Communications and Theatre Arts and has represented Antigua and Barbuda’s on many stages across the Caribbean and the US with the National Youth Choir of Antigua and Barbuda and The Floyd L Sandle Players while studying in the United States.
He’s currently working along with his sister Leanda Norville to launch their Smile of a Child Children’s Charity and hopes to sponsor an annual Professional Academic Rising Star Award in his name for a student that exhibits outstanding academic, leadership and performing arts performance at his alma-mater All Saints Secondary School.
