Entertainer to Face High Court Over Indecency Charges
An entertainer accused of serious indecency and indecent assault has been committed to stand trial in the High Court.
The performer, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel on Tuesday, where evidence including WhatsApp messages was presented.
The charges relate to allegations involving a young adult woman on 23 December 2024.
The case is scheduled to be heard during the September 2025 Criminal Assizes.
