Police are investigating the death of a woman in her late 60s, whose body was discovered at her Cassada Gardens home on Thursday.

The following morning, another neighbour performing routine welfare checks entered the home and found the woman’s body between the living and dining areas.
Emergency services pronounced her dead at the scene. Police say foul play is not suspected, but an investigation into the circumstances continues.

It is always wonderful to have such observant neighbours who pays such attention to normal occurences. It allowed them to investigate further and finding the deceased body this quickly. Many of us may not value our neighbour until we have an emergency. Our neighbours are our closet relatives, and it is always advisable to live peacefully with them. Those of us who have loving and caring neighbours knows just how valuable they are. My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. allowed them to find her quickly as opposed to days after her apparent death.
The woman clearly had people checking on her.
However, that would not stop death’s intervention.
E.g. If an elderly person has children who check in on them at 5 and the elder drops dead at 6, what does that do?
This lady had people looking out for her but people die.
