Drug Interdiction and Eradication Operations Uncover Contraband in Post Office and Cannabis Cultivation in Buckleys, No Arrests Made

A drug interdiction and a drug-eradication exercise were conducted at the General Post Office and in Buckleys, respectively, but no arrests were made in either incident.

In collaboration with the Customs Enforcement Unit, officers from the Narcotics Department and K9 Unit conducted the operation at the Post Office on the morning of December 1.

Three brown cardboard boxes containing articles of clothing and a quantity of cannabis seeds were found, seized, and taken to Police Headquarters for investigation purposes.

Meanwhile, officers from the Narcotics Department went on duty in Buckleys in the evening of December 2 and conducted an eradication exercise on a plot of land where a quantity of cannabis plants had been cultivated.

Why not stop discover the destiny of these drugs and discover the destination, then there is deterrence, some time I wondered if these drug are given the public perception of interdiction only to be delivered to some big narcotics ring run by some wealthy person in conjunction with politicians, do they don’t attempt to crack the identity.
