  1. Congratulations to Dr. Bowen!

Is the nation going to see new operations in place within the ER department?

Let’s hope that the new expansion of the ER dept & the Doc with her advance tertiary knowledge can bring about an improvement, to appease the needs of the patients.

Kudos must be given to Sir Molwyn Joseph for the great efforts made to make the SLBMC a state of the art hospital.

We do hope that your next assignment will be looking at expanding The asthmatic bay of the ER dept because more space and more beds are needed.

  2. Is this the person that runs the hell hole called the emergency Dept.

Any responsible or reputable person would wait awhile before jumping out looking for accolades on a certificate in their area of responsibility with such a damning reputation.

Only in Antigua we admire incompetence and mediocracy

  3. Thanks to Troy Allen who was able to speed dial his Minister to save his mother’s life; and write about his experience. Until then Antiguans and Barbudans suffered at the Emergency Department under conditions not fit for animals.

At a time when Molwyn Joseph Minister of Health and Dr. Olsheath Bowen, the Emergency Department Chair, should be ashamed of themselves.

How many have died due to their negligence and incompetence.
