Dr Dave Ray Signs MOU establishing International Head Spa Association in the US and Antigua

On December 4, President Tae-Gyu Ku shakes hands with Dr. Dave Ray, who is named as President of the American Division of International Head Spa Association (IHSA), after signing an  MOU for the establishment of the International Head Spa Association in the US and Antigua and Barbuda.)

The International Head Spa Association, CEO, Tae-Gyu Ku announced that on 23rd of March 2020, that it would establish the International Head Spa Association of America in the spring of 2020.

Dr. Dave Ray, who is an established Beauty Industry Entrepreneur in the USA, based in NYC and nine other states, visited Daejeon on December 4 and signed an MOU with the International Head Spa Association to establish the American division.

Dr. Ray has also been certified to be a first level Lecturer in the Hannam University – Daejon city, South Korea, once per month in the bio-tech department where hair loss and other hair/scalp maladies are being researched.

The association also issued second-level instructors’ certification to two other people last week, including Ms. Butterfly White of Oregon and Ms. Lyota Swanson of Stockholm and said it expects Korea’s Scalp & Hair Loss Management System to be launched in Sweden and Nigeria in the future.

“Korea’s K-Beauty has become a global product, and scalp care is one of them,” said President Tae-Gyu Ku, “And in 2020, the association will be an opportunity to expand into the global world.” They have opened Head Spas in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Russia, China, Singapore, Japan and Germany.

    ANTIGUANS & BARBUDANS IN AMERICA WHO WANT TO OWN LAND OR HOUSES IN ANTIGUA…..you will still need to sign papers with the banks anywho…so they took it back ….

  3. Congrats Dave on this successful development. Need not tell you that in general I beleive most Antiguan’s are proud of your achievements. Ignore those negatives ones who will only feed good if you fail
