Dr. Cleon Athill Calls Partisan Politics “Evil”

1. With much respect Dr. Clean Athill, you have informed the country of your resignation; and there is no need for you to continue “moaning” and “groaning”.

   You’ve made your decision, because all it does if you now go on to hark about partisan politics, is give some sort of weird comfort to ABLP and Gaston Browne supporters – as we’ve witnessed in the last 48 hours or so.

2. I thought I was the only one in Antigua and Barbuda who thought Patrician politic is evil.

   I am not even interested in voting, I believe I will be participating in doing something evil if I vote.

   Thank you Cleon for letting me know I am not alone, great interview, I feel it from your heart so proud of you.

3. Morals and character go a long way, I recall a young lady with a similar surname who helped organize the first National Youth Forum in Antigua & Barbuda and her likeminded professional associates were championing for change, a change from tribal politics, a change that will be for the betterment of everyone, especially for the nation’s youth. I find it odd that almost a decade later Dr. Athill has also become disillusioned with politics and sadly, some things are hard to kill and for change to come about the old ways must die.

   Dr. Athill has always been a woman of morals. I remember when she was a youth counsellor, and she has helped so many overcome their personal horror stories, she is among the best of us and to quote Mikhail Gorbachev, ” History teaches us that when times are ripe for change and the government refuses or is unable to change, either society starts to decay or a revolution begins.” Change will come, maybe not in my lifetime, but it will come.

4. Almost as if they have scarred her for life. Anyway, I suspect the urge will come again and she has grown enough to recognize there is only one good vehicle. Like a church we welcome all. Would advise her to ignore the haters who are now gunning for her (some will shortly follow her example)

5. @tenman. Again, stop equating your inept, corrupt, selfish leader to anything close to anything biblical or even the falable church.

   You keep coming on here like a pompous big, bigging up Gatson Browne and his incompetent cabinet, like they are Gods gift to Antiguan’s.

   Quite frankly it’s really annoying to read sometimes, knowing the state of affairs in Antigua right now.

   Y’all don’t even know how to humble y’all selves, and try to understand that people are really hurting right now, especially with all the crimes and the cost of living right now.

   Why would any Good government raise taxes on the poor right now, all the while raving about all the money coming into the country, from the CIP to the ports?

   Instead of fixing the broken immigration system, that Gatson Browne himself has
   woefully broken by himself, when he continuously brought in Africans, with the 1000 Africans that came on Air Peace,and simple disappeared, y’all are on here talking about a politician that decided to throw in the towel.

   But then again I always knew you are a fool that is just surviving on the last little two marbles you have left.

   I’ve never met a bigger educated fool like you in all my life..but then again, the ALP party has a bunch of them running the courts the ground.

     Now, speaking of #Shape_Shifting…there’s a Tale From Cedar Grove, about this dog, that would come around the Slave quarters at night, sniffing and carrying on like a dog.
     After a while, over a period of time, and after observing the dog and its antics, some of the People decided to put a #WHOPPING on the dog which had the scent of one of the Plantation Overseer[tenman]. The [dawg] got such a whooping, that the OVERSEER, jumped out of the dog body, left the dog dying in the street and ran, as fast as he could from the slave quarters.

     Some of ABLP[dawgs] definitely carry the Chameleon, #Shape_Shifting aura about them.

If Dr Cleon feels that extending an olive branch to ABLP would stop their mad rush for personal enrichment and the destruction of this country in their quest for more money, then my lady you are dead wrong. Your ethos would just cause the ABLP to use the olive branch to slap you in the face repeatedly and laugh about it.
     Keep up the fight UPP. The future of our, not Gaston’s children requires it .

      #People_Watching is a fun sport. It’s no different, than going to a zoo, Watching caged and restricted animals behaviour(s); the same goes for #Bird_Watching, seeing how the #Birds of Antigua took a page or two, from Hitchcocks ‘The Birds,’ and treated many independent Antiguans who helped, to feather their nests, as #roadkill to be discarded; so, Watching HUEman behaviours will definitely give you a sense of who they are.

      I’ve met this #Chameleon_Tenman in person, and as I have posted under some of his thought process, he has the energy of a Gecko/dragon/snake/shape_shifter, as in say one thing, to your face, while dogging you behind your back.
      He can reply to me, right here and now, but he’d be too embarrassed afterwards, especially, if he get from behind his #Monicker(by the way, it’s his prerogative, but in my hood and world, once we draw, the finger locks, the trigger(brains) clicks and it’s a fact, I’ll hit my target. It’s like being in an #unstoppable_zone, as an athlete. You know what you practice for; therefore, being in the game and popping is like second nature.

      I’ll use an example, of the #Chameleon_Tenman and his shapeshifter’s spirit. Gaston Browne, PM whom he is in full support of, again his choice, is being BRAGGADOCIOS, about his Organic Farm and food security through Agriculture and Aquaculture.
      Some ten(10) years ago, individuals such as myself had partnered with others, introducing HOLISTIC HEALTH LIFESTYLES, with an emphasis, on EMPLOYEE OWNED businesses, based in the Agricultural and Aquaculture Sector of Our Economy. Individuals like Mr. Dave Ray and #tenman were vehemently opposed to our business proposal(s), and I, Vere C. Edwards, dares either one of them #WHO’RE now supporting Gaston’s policies on Agriculture to call me a liar, a damn liar, a #P.O.S. with little to offer our Nation. I, dare either one of them, but they better be reminded, we’ve being dealing with Cloud_Storage, since, the days of development nuclear weapons, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee; so, all I’ll say #Bot, take me to the emails.

      Fear of these Chameleons do not reside here. A simple Coconut Rib will wrap them up like a Chamil/Seine Net.

Am lost , it’s a continuance of partisan politics left or right wing to go to the media that diametrically opposed you to make announcement, all long ropes has an end, you want to restart the movement group to do what? Surely not help in civics of the country, oops my bad she is drift-wood cousin.
