Police have launched an investigation into the shooting death of 33-year-old Dwight Maximea, a resident of Portsmouth.
The incident occurred shortly after midnight, when law enforcement officers were called to the scene. Detectives have confirmed that an active investigation is under way, though no further details about the circumstances have yet been released.

This is so sad man, I know this kid and family quite well. His grandmother (Faith) adjacent to Perry Alcid”s house, she still lives at that house, she is 97 years old a stalwart of the possie community. She lost a kid sometime ago herself, young too.
