A physician has been committed to stand trial in the High Court on charges of serious indecency and indecent assault after Magistrate Dane Hamilton denied a no-case submission from defense attorneys Hugh Marshall and Lawrence Daniel.
The doctor was arrested in May last year following a female patient’s report of inappropriate sexual conduct during a medical consultation. The case will proceed in the next High Court assizes.

What is so surprising that a carnal , weak , sinful man would commit such a crime. In this wicked and sin sick world we live in men sexually abuse their own daughters. We have case of doctors doing this throughout the world. Remember one doctor using his own sperm and impregnated scores of women instead of their husbands. It is common knowledge that scores of Roman Catholic Priests were found guilty of sexual assault on boys that were in their care and the church covering if up.
The carnal, sinful man is evil and should not be trusted. So please people don’t ever put your total trust in man.
When your daughters go into these doctors, mothers please accompany them. In fact there are enough exceptionally talented female doctors around that women should not have to go and undress in front of no male doctor. In the Muslim world female doctors see female patients.
We have to watch men in all professions, the politicians are involved with young girls. Policemen have been charged. There was a case recently with a preacher and a woman. Don’t talk about bus drivers. There are several male, family members in prison for sexually abusing their younger female family members. Then we had the father that sexually assaulted his daughter and got her pregnant. He was caught only because she too him to count for child support. Step fathers sexually abusing their daughters. Yes you married to a woman her daughter is your daughter.
So what makes a male doctor different from a – Bus driver, a coach or priest when it comes to sex.
