Antigua is a Spanish word that’s why you will hear some say Anti-gwah which is not incorrect. Iguana is pronounce how ? Spanish pronounce Antigua with a gwah ending sound . It is a Spanish word which means Antique. Locals pronounce the ending with a hard ga ending
