A little more than a week following the opening of its new retail Experience store at Redcliffe Street, St. John’s, Digicel has opened a 2nd new model store at Hills Park, Friars Hill Road.
The Hills Park team stand ready to facilitate all customer requests, as they strive to ensure that the customer’s total communications needs are met.
Visitors to the ‘Experience store’ on Monday the 16th, October will enjoy double the credit on all Top Up of $20 or more.
Digicel’s Hills Park Experience Store will open Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am – 3:00pm.

I hope there was some REMEDIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE training for the reps as well too. The fat one at this location seems to have a slight attitude when dealing with customers. Smile, be polite and act like you want to actually want to assist the customer (whose money pays your salary).
