Family and friends of Denroy “Waka” Harrigan, a 59-year-old employee of a local shipping firm, are seeking prayers as his condition worsens following an accident at Deep Water Harbour.
On July 18, Harrigan was pinned between a truck and a shipping container, leaving him critically injured.
He underwent surgery but remains unconscious and on a ventilator at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre.
Urgent blood donations were requested to aid his recovery.
In response to the incident, the Port Authority and shipping firms are working together to introduce new safety measures at the port.
