PUBLIC NOTICE:

NATIONWIDE ASSESSMENT OF DERELICT AND DILAPIDATED STRUCTURES

The Development Control Authority (DCA) wishes to advise the public that a nationwide assessment of derelict and dilapidated structures will be undertaken across Antigua and Barbuda.

This initiative forms part of the DCA’s continued efforts to promote safe, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing development throughout the country. The assessment seeks to identify structures that are unsafe, abandoned, or in a state of severe disrepair, to determine whether they should be demolished and removed or rehabilitated and restored.

This exercise will commence immediately and represents an important step in our shared commitment to maintaining a cleaner, safer, and more beautiful Antigua and Barbuda.

  1. Make Antigua more beautiful and humane by providing a homeless shelter from one of the abandon building you’re taking over

  2. @ Young Antigua Communist: So now use the money of others and build houses to give it for free to some group of people? SO a family with a kid that are struggling to pay rent every single month and don’t have the capacity of get approval for a Mortgage to buy a house are not eligible in your concept to get a house, but a Homeless that don’t wanna work in first place should get it for free?.
